"The steps of His [exaltation] begins with His descent into hell, (a victory event indeed) rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God..." Thanks for your summary of this important teaching. By His humiliation and obedience, both active sinless living, and passive sacrificial death, He has reconciled us to God. In Christ's exaltation we have been given the assurance of life in heaven. He has prepared a place for you and me and all who trust in His promises. We have countless reasons to praise Christ, the Lord who has been fully restored authority and power over all.
